Weekly Wrap Up: November 3, 2018 #ARWX

Welcome to another Weekly Wrap Up! Halloween was a washout for the Trick or Treaters, with some rain spilling over into November 1 as well. Here’s a look at the rain totals from my CoCoRaHS rain gauge in Hot Springs this week.
