Weekly Wrap Up: January 5, 2019 #ARWX

Welcome to another Weekly Wrap Up! It was a cold week across Arkansas with some rain for Hot Springs, but the wintry precipitation missed Hot Springs. Here’s a look at the rain totals to close out 2018 and ring in 2019 from my CoCoRaHS rain gauge in Hot Springs.

A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect for much of the state. The fog and visibility aren’t too limited at the moment, but it’s coming (maps and images courtesy of Baron Threat Net and Earth Networks Sferic Maps).

Here’s a look at current temperatures (from both NWS and Earth Networks weather stations) across Arkansas this evening, as well as a look at current conditions from Earth Networks weather stations across the state this evening.

Here’s a look at the seven-day extended forecast for Hot Springs. A warm-up this week with some additional rain changes a couple of days.

That wraps it up here! Nathan Parker signing off. Hope you’re having a great start to 2019!
