Weekly Wrap Up: October 1, 2022 #ARWX

Here’s a look at the hourly forecast from Tomorrow.IO, plus a look at the five-day extended forecast.

Here’s a look at the current traffic conditions from iDrive Arkansas plus a look at the current flights from FlightRadar24.

For this week’s Fraggle video, here’s Wembley and Gobo!

Here’s this week’s Scripture passage!

I also want to take a moment to encourage everyone to pray for the victims of Hurricane Ian in Florida. I recently spoke to a friend of mine who lives there, and his home was destroyed in the storm surge, as well as millions of dollars worth of damage has occurred in Florida. Pray for the victims and for recovery efforts in Florida, as well as anyone affected by the hurricane when it came ashore in the Carolinas.

Finally, beginning this week, I will be featuring a link or two to a blog of a local writer in my area, Ashlyn Ohm, whose writings I’ve thoroughly enjoyed. You can follow her blog and podcast at Words from the Wilderness. She’s written two books, a weekly devotional A Year in the Woods, and her first novel, When the Ice Melts. I encourage you to pick up both of her works. They are excellent inspirational works.

This week, I’m going to provide a sampling of some of her older and recent posts from her blog for your enjoyment:

That wraps it up here! Nathan Parker signing off.
