Welcome to another Weekly Wrap Up! This week started off cool with a warmup toward the end of the week, as well as saw some fog yesterday and some severe weather today.
Here’s a look at the rain totals from my CoCoRaHS rain gauge in Hot Springs over the past week, and the good news is I will be receiving a new Vantage Pro 2 weather station from Earth Networks coming up to get it back online. Once it’s back online, it will be viewable from my PWS page on the blog, as well as WeatherBug and the GLOBE Program (I’m not sure about third-party services yet).
Here’s a look at the current regional Satellite and Radar, as well as temperatures across the state (from both NWS and Earth Networks weather stations), as well as a look at current conditions and camera images from earlier today from Earth Networks weather stations across Arkansas this evening (maps and images courtesy of Baron Threat Net and Earth Networks Sferic Maps).
Here’s a look at the seven-day extended forecast for Hot Springs next week.
Lastly, here’s a look at the fog from my Earth Networks HD Cam in Hot Springs from Friday. Quite a bit of fog out there!
That wraps it up here! Nathan Parker signing off!
