Welcome to another Weekly Wrap Up! This week brought some mild temperatures and a little rain to the Natural State. My weather station is still unfortunately offline (I hope it will be replaced and back online soon), but here is a look at rain totals from my CoCoRaHS rain gauge in Hot Springs over the past week.
Here is a look at temperatures across the state (from both NWS and Earth Networks weather stations), as well as a look at current conditions from Earth Networks weather stations across Arkansas this evening (images and maps courtesy of Baron Threat Net and Earth Networks Sferic Maps).
Here’s a look at the seven-day extended forecast for Hot Springs. This week we’re returning to using Earth Networks ENcast to power the extended forecast.
Due to a glitch that wiped out some of my bookmarks, there will not be any featured weather news or featured weather report links from our contributors this week. In its place, I’ll be tracking Florence.
Here’s the latest update on Tropical Storm Florence with a look at high-res radar, satellite, GOES 16 satellite (from the College of DuPage NEXLAB), latest track, and current rain totals.
That wraps it up here! Nathan Parker signing off.
